If you are sponsoring an event,
chances are some of your guests are coming in a car.

If there is a problem with parking, it reflects poorly on the event sponsor. Therefore, DOTS requests that anyone sponsoring an event on campus coordinate the event through the DOTS Special Events Parking Coordinator. We offer sign packages, reserved parking, an attendant who can welcome your guests, and other useful services to make your job easier.

Parking on this campus is a very critical commodity. There are about 20,000 parking spaces (garage and surface) to satisfy the multiple daily requirements for more than 50,000 staff, faculty, students, and visitors. Let DOTS help, your guests will thank you.

Below is a three-step process to fully accommodate your needs for your event. Please remember that these services are available independent of each other.
