Make a Payment

Parking Violation Notice (PVN) recipients are required by law to either pay the fine or request a review within 15 calendar days of the violation date; otherwise, you will be assessed an additional $30.00 late fee and forfeit your right for review.

Make a payment by mail:

Mail a check or money order made payable to the University of Maryland to:

Make a payment in person:

Come to the DOTS office and choose one of the following payment choices:

Cash
Check (make check payable to the University of Maryland)
Charge (Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover)
